The Hard Fi album "Stars of CCTV" is quite good, its one of those albums that grows on you. It goes to show that every now and then NME pick up on a decent band.

Bauhaus - bought the "best of" CD "Crackle" in a sale. Really quite astonishing how good they still sound.

Jellyfish - early 90s US band. A bit Beatles-esque, but in a good way, honestly.

Half right - split in 1994 or 1995. Melodic, but a little edgy. And with way more incisive lyrics than lennon/McCarteny could ever dream of...

Tokyo Dragons "Give Me The Fear" - what a cracking, rocking debut they've produced! What can I say? Buy the album, go see them on tour - you won't regret either decision.
