And doesn't mind working then DC site services (http://www.dcsiteservices.com/) are still looking for staff. Although you'll need to be quick. Volunteer positions will be less hours and easier jobs than paid positions. But paid positions have the benefit of, well, being paid really. Just, for god sake, DON'T work fire tower, it's all well and good at some festivals (I did it at Latitude) but i get the subtle feeling that it may be rather demanding at Reading. And people launch stuff at you.
