There's a 4 set in Argos for £50 I think...was considering for the kids. However I'm a bit concerned about lots of ppl all having those things....how the hell do we make sure we don't pick up everyone else? It'd be pointless me spending that much if I can't find my kids using them.

well they all have loads of channels, youve gotta asign yourself an ur kids a channel an then it cuts down how many people will be on the other end, if any.

Yeah Als rads are pretty good.. but they're much cheaper now. I picked up some rechargeable, 304 channel ones (Binatone MR600 Twin if your interested) in argos the other day for 22.50 (reduced from 44.50) ..3km range and with charger & handsfree kit.. pretty sweet...
maybe we should pre-agree a fatreg radio channel before the festival for us all to use..

Yea, most just have 8.. which can get a bit messy when there's 100s of buggers chattin etc over the radio waves.. Got 38 codes for each of the 8 channels on my binatones. I recon channel 7.. and 7 code 28 if you have 'em.. so we can have reg radio!
