Ok, I know no one comes here anymore but back in the day we used to do an album of the year vote which was so popular Danko Jones won it with Born a Lion one year mainly down to me & Reg voting for it when to be honest even then we knew it wasn't very good...we just liked the live show.
So anyway album of the year was Jim Jones Revue by Jim Jones Revue. Tho' Black Ice was pretty cool too.
Gig is more difficult, could be...
Motorhead AND Saxon at Hammersmith Fall Of Troy and/ or KISS at Download Eel Shock pretty well anywhere tho' Lillehammer & Galway were particularly good. Future of The Left at Reading Nick Cave at Brixton or was it Hammersmith...one of those big barns anyway. Brown Trout in Hachiouji (what? you missed that one??) Jim Jones Revue tonight.
Any thoughts? Anyone care?

Album? The Damned - So, Who's Paranoid. By a country mile....
Gig? Like Dan, this is tricky as I saw many good ones, so here's the best of them: The Damned, Cambridge Junction KISS at Download Morrissey at O2 Wireless Festival, Hyde Park The Ting Tings at Reading Hot Leg at The Park, Peterborough
Is anyone else out there?
