Strange... about the permits... does that mean they sold out or they've decided not to bother with them? Or something? hmm..

Never heard of them maybe there some speical superband we have never heard of, or a band from Leeds. Just read that bout the permits it says they are taken off ticket sites but still avalible through the phone number, cant see them getting many people phoning for the permit its a bit cheeky and easy for them to make money.

I've heard of My Morning Jacket, but don't know what they sound like. Emo? Who knows?

It's like indie rock/americana if that makes any sense. Not the most interesting of bands imho

It's your typical american indie rock. Think Guided By Voices, Pavement etc... Typical pitchforkmedia band really.

slightly concerned about this news of the camping tickets. On the old forum, i seem to recall the genral concensus being that the camping tickets had sold out, is it now thought that you can still get them? and if they have been withdrawn is this due to them selling out or due to mean fiddler giving up on the idea and now not bothering? if this is the case will i be able to get my #15 back? any response would be heartly appreciated

MF certainly wont have "given up on the idea" after selling all these passes.. they've most probably just sold out

More likely is that they've designated those first fields along the river as Wednesday camping and they've now sold out. Or else they've designated all the Wedneday people as the trouble makers and dug a big spiked pit at the entrance. Except now they've got enough bodymass to fill it (and supply the burger vans for the weekend)

I've heard of My Morning Jacket, but don't know what they sound like. Emo? Who knows? just listening to them now. think coldplay/ travis in pain and feeling particularly depressed. not my cup of lager

Who ever my morning jacket are they must have done something as a favour to mf (if u get my meaning) to get that high up the bill. Looking at an last years program they were 3rd on the second stage, and they havnt really done anything notable this year. It's probably just the person in charge of the line ups way of seeing evrything he likes which may be why the libertines are so high up on the sat.

I still think it's just because they've spent less money on the whole thing this year. The lineup seems a bit short of 'big name' acts. Maybe the Darkness asked for 85 gazillion pounds like they did for Glastonbury
