I haven't been to Reading since 2005, as I was on holiday in Greece in 2006, and will be at Glastonbury this year. Having seen the line up I am glad that I wont be going to Reading. the only notable acts are Ash and Maximo Park, both of which aren't 'that great' in my opinion, to make reading worthy of my presence or my hard earned wadge of cash (whereas clearly 380 quid for two tix at glastonbury and coach travel (bah!!) with notable highlifghts such as the rumoured chas and dave, the wurzels, and bodger and badger are - rock on!)..
What are your thoughts on the issue? My money next year is edging it's way closer to the Evil Download money making machine judging by this and previous years line-ups.

Let us know what The Wurzels are like! Growing up in Devon, they were like a religion down in the South West. I'd recommend getting 'The Finest 'Arvest of the Wurzels' - superb greatest hits comp. No, seriously...

Trouble is all these things sell out anyway so there's no need for the promoters to make any effort is there.
Do think Download looks quite good but unfortunately I can't make it this year.
Am off to see the 'Feast at a little fest in Holland in July tho'.
It's definately worth looking into euro fests they are usually cheaper & often have better line ups added to which you get to add to your carbon footprint so everyone's a winner.
