In case anyone's interested... Steve Ls show on radio1 tonight (around 9 onwards) is a request show for live Green Day tracks. They may well play a reading performance I would imagine. Plus my little sis has been recorded doing a request for brain stew, hoho.

Ah, yes, I hadn't thought about the possibility of Steve L including a Reading performance there... Worth a look is the site of Dutch radio station 3Voor12, which has a massive archive of live shows, including a Green Day gig from a couple of week's back - you can record this stuff with the right software, too, you know! Also worth searching the site, as there's some live Danko Jones stuff on it - not to be missed! Here's the URL for their concerts home page: 3voor12.vpro.nl/3voor12/archief/index.jsp?showme=concertsFeb 11th: Just downloaded a torrented FM broadcast of Green Day at the Leeds Festival in 2004 (www.vip-torrents.com if anyone wants to do the same).

thing is though if youve seen greenday live once youve seen them a million times. I saw them at reading 2001 and 2004....both performances almost identical. It was actually quite strange to watch.

Actually, I didn't bother seeing them either time... might have been something to do with lager...
